Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay the monthly plan fee (if on Growth or Enterprise) plus the base production cost per order. There are no setup fees, no per-product listing fees, and no surprise charges. The base cost per order is shown clearly before you publish any product.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Free and Growth at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Enterprise plans are negotiated directly with our sales team.
How does the cashback program work?
Growth plan sellers earn cashback based on total fulfilled order volume each month. The more you sell, the higher your cashback tier. Cashback is credited to your Printprehub balance at the end of each month and applied against future order costs.
What happens if I exceed the Free plan limits?
The Free plan allows 1 store connection. To connect additional stores or unlock priority fulfillment and cashback, upgrade to Growth. We'll notify you in-app when you're approaching any limits.
When exactly am I charged for an order?
You're charged when you confirm fulfillment of an order — not when the customer places it, and not in advance. For auto-fulfillment, the charge is processed when the order is imported and sent to production. Your current balance is always visible in your dashboard.
