By accessing or using the Printprehub platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific features of the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Seller", or "you") and Printprehub ("Printprehub", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered at Suite B, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Printprehub is a print-on-demand fulfillment platform that enables sellers to create, list, and sell custom-designed products through their own online stores and marketplaces. We handle printing, quality control, packaging, and worldwide shipping on behalf of sellers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

To access the full features of Printprehub, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, cancel accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion. Accounts found to be in violation of these Terms may be suspended or permanently terminated.

When a customer places an order through your connected store, Printprehub will automatically receive and process the order for fulfillment. You authorize Printprehub to charge the payment method on file for the base production and shipping cost of each order.

You agree to pay all fees associated with using the Services, including per-order production costs and any applicable subscription fees. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

You retain full ownership of any original designs, artwork, and creative content you upload to the Printprehub platform ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Printprehub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders.

The Printprehub name, logo, platform design, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of Printprehub. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or prohibited by these Terms. The following activities are strictly forbidden:

• Uploading designs containing hate speech, discrimination, or content that promotes violence
• Using copyrighted characters, licensed artwork, or trademarked logos without authorization
• Selling counterfeit or fraudulent products
• Using the platform to process fraudulent orders or engage in money laundering
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or suspensions
• Providing false information during registration or order processing
• Using our platform in connection with any activity that violates the terms of your connected selling channels

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Printprehub and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Printprehub does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier services, customs authorities, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Each order is produced specifically for that customer based on the design and specifications you provided.

Refund claims based on design quality issues caused by low-resolution artwork or incorrect print-ready file specifications are not covered under this policy.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Services.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that the technical processing and transmission of the Services, including your content, may involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data and payment information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may terminate your Printprehub account at any time by contacting us at payment@printprehub.com or through the account settings in your dashboard. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease and any pending orders will be fulfilled unless you explicitly request cancellation.

Termination does not relieve you of any obligations to pay outstanding fees or of any liability for violations of these Terms that occurred prior to termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Hong Kong SAR. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
