Create your Printprehub account
Sign up at printprehub.com — free, no credit card required. Your account is activated instantly and you get full access to the product catalog.

Go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify
From your Printprehub dashboard, navigate to Settings → Integrations and click Shopify. You'll be redirected to the Shopify App Store to install the Printprehub app.
💡 You can also find the Printprehub app by searching "Printprehub" directly in the Shopify App Store.

Install the app & authorize access
Click "Install app" and authorize Printprehub to access your Shopify store. This grants the permissions needed for order syncing, product publishing, and tracking updates.

Enable auto-fulfillment & go live
In your Printprehub dashboard, go to Settings → Fulfillment and toggle on Auto-Fulfill Orders. Browse the catalog, upload your designs, publish products to Shopify, and you're live.

Common questions
Does the integration work with Shopify's native order management?

Yes. Orders appear in both your Shopify admin and your Printprehub dashboard. Fulfillment status, tracking numbers, and shipping updates are all synced back to Shopify automatically.
Can I connect more than one Shopify store?

Yes. You can connect multiple Shopify stores to the same Printprehub account. Each store's orders are displayed and managed separately within your dashboard.
What happens to existing Shopify orders before I connected Printprehub?

Only new orders placed after the integration is active will be imported automatically. For any existing unfulfilled orders, you can manually import them from the Orders section in your Printprehub dashboard.
Will Printprehub appear on my customer's packing slip or invoice?

No. All packing slips, shipping labels, and order notifications use your store name and branding. Printprehub operates entirely in the background — your customers will never see our name on any document or package.
How are refunds and returns handled for Shopify orders?

Printprehub products are made to order, so we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, if an order arrives defective or incorrect, we will reprint and reship at no cost. You manage the customer-facing refund process through Shopify as you normally would — Printprehub handles the production side.

Place a sample order first. Before going live, order a sample to verify print quality, color accuracy, and packaging.
Use Shopify collections. Group your Printprehub products into dedicated collections to make them easy to find and filter in your store.
